GTA 6 now has a $399.99 Collector’s Box, and the game is not included
GTA VI finally has the kind of giant collectible box usually associated with a blockbuster launch, but Rockstar has separated it completely from the game itself. The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection costs $399.99 in the US, contains eleven physical items inspired by Leonida and Macca the Gator, and explicitly does not include Grand Theft Auto VI.
Four hundred dollars buys the collectibles, not GTA VI
Rockstar describes the product as a premium collectible set and a limited-edition Collector’s Box. It is not another game edition. The US Rockstar Store lists it at $399.99 with a November 19, 2026 release date, while the product description states that Grand Theft Auto VI is sold separately.
That makes the buying decision unusually easy to understand even if the price is not. Anyone who wants both the collection and GTA VI will need to purchase them independently. Rockstar also notes that the box is not eligible for free shipping.
Pre-orders are open while supplies last in supported markets. Rockstar says ordering details for Asia, Latin America and Australia will be announced separately.
Oakleys, a gator statue and a Vice City razor-blade keychain
The contents lean heavily into the tourist-trash glamour of Vice City rather than the familiar steelbook-and-artbook formula. Macca the Gator gets a six-inch figure with a twist-open stash compartment in its base.
There is also a pair of matte-black GTA VI Oakley Frogskins with Prizm Sapphire lenses and a pink Vice City logo, plus a New Era 9FORTY A-Frame snapback carrying Vice City and Leonida detailing.
The rest of the box gets stranger: a magnetic Macca mirror, a Vice City swizzle spoon, a razor-blade-shaped keychain, a Leonida Keys crossbody bag and a Chunkee the Manatee shot glass.

The Leonida map gets a physical poster
The double-sided souvenir poster is the item most directly connected to exploring GTA VI itself. Rockstar says one side features the cast of Macca the Gator while the reverse carries a full view of the Leonida map.
The box holding everything measures roughly 19 by 13.5 by 12.5 inches. This is not a slightly thicker game case designed to sit between two regular releases on a shelf; it is closer to a physical crate of fictional Leonida merchandise.
Rockstar is merchandising Leonida as if it already exists
Macca the Gator is presented as a hit television show inside Leonida, and Rockstar has made that fictional program the visual center of the collection. Jason and Lucia may be GTA VI’s protagonists, but they are not being used as the only faces of its first large collector package.
That approach fits Grand Theft Auto particularly well. Radio stations, television shows, fake corporations and deliberately tacky consumer products have always helped sell the illusion that Rockstar’s cities continue existing when the player is not looking. The joke is now physical: the souvenir stand from that imaginary state effectively has a real checkout page.
It launches on the same day as GTA VI
The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection is scheduled for November 19, 2026, the same date as Grand Theft Auto VI on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Rockstar also says additional GTA VI apparel and collectibles are coming to the Rockstar Store.
The distinction remains important all the way to checkout: this is a separate $399.99 collectible product, not a GTA VI Collector’s Edition containing the game. Eleven physical items arrive in the box. Grand Theft Auto VI is another purchase.
