Game Pass gets Dragonwilds today, while Cyberpunk 2077 and nine more games head out
September 15 is doing both jobs at once for Xbox Game Pass. RuneScape: Dragonwilds joins the service today, while ten games leave the catalog, including Cyberpunk 2077, Dead Cells and Spiritfarer.

RuneScape: Dragonwilds arrives on Xbox Game Pass on September 15 across Cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC. Access is included with Game Pass Ultimate, Premium and PC Game Pass.
The date also marks Dragonwilds' 1.0 launch. Jagex's survival RPG spent its Early Access period expanding Ashenfall with new regions, skills and systems, and the full release now brings its Kuldra storyline to completion while the game makes its console debut.
Cold War was September's biggest catalog addition so far
The month's first batch started with Shelldiver on September 1. SpeedRunners 2: King of Speed followed on September 3, while Dice a Million arrived the next day.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War was added on September 8 for Cloud, console and PC. It is another older Activision title moving into Microsoft's subscription catalog rather than a new release built around a day-one launch.
The Royal Writ and Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage then joined on September 10. Virtua Fighter's release includes cross-play and rollback netcode, while The Royal Writ approaches the month from the considerably smaller end of the budget with a medieval roguelike deck-building format.

Ten games leave on the same day
The removal list is harder to ignore. Cyberpunk 2077 exits Cloud and console access on September 15, while Dead Cells, Spiritfarer, Superliminal and Mullet Madjack disappear across Cloud, console and PC.
Commandos: Origins, Cricket 24, Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor and Train Sim World 5 are leaving those three platforms as well. Frostpunk 2's departure applies to PC Game Pass.

One existing Game Pass title also reaches 1.0
TCG Card Shop Simulator leaves Game Preview on September 15 and moves to its full 1.0 release. It remains available through Game Pass rather than joining as a new title today.
Its full release expands the actual card-game side of the simulation, allowing players to build Tetramon decks and host tournaments alongside the familiar shop-management loop.
The second September announcement is still missing
Xbox has not yet published its second official September Game Pass wave at the time of writing, so Dragonwilds remains the final addition listed in the September 1 announcement.
One later release is already known. Minecraft Dungeons II launches September 29 and Xbox has confirmed that the sequel will be available through Game Pass on day one.
For now, September 15 is mostly a trade: one large new survival game arrives and ten existing options disappear.
