Tears of Vanfell has already lived several public lives before its main Steam launch. There was a Chapter 1 build, a substantial demo, the free New Beginning release and months of revisions shaped by player feedback. Lazy Cat Games is now consolidating that work around the main game, which Steam lists for a planned September 25, 2026 release.
