Cache has barely settled back into the center of competitive Counter-Strike and Valve is already inspecting its walls again. The September 9 update does not rebalance a single rifle, but it touches two things competitive players know very well: tiny map flaws that can decide rounds, and the demos everybody studies afterwards.
