Steam's weekly deals drop games to $1.99, while Remnant II slips below $10
Steam does not need a major seasonal sale to cause wishlist trouble. This week's active promotions include several 80% and 90% discounts, pushing complete games below three dollars and Remnant II into single-digit territory.

Steam's current weekly promotion runs through September 28 across a large group of games. The prices below are the US storefront figures verified on Steam; regional pricing will vary, although the discounts themselves show where the unusually deep cuts are.
Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls are $1.99 each
Quantic Dream has the most immediately ridiculous prices in the batch. Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls are both 90% off, dropping from $19.99 to $1.99.
Detroit: Become Human does not quite reach the same percentage, but an 80% discount brings it from $39.99 to $7.99. That puts all three of Quantic Dream's major PC narrative games comfortably below the price of one new release when bought separately.
Spotlight by Quantic Dream is getting the 90% treatment too
The reductions extend beyond Quantic Dream's own productions. Several games published through its Spotlight label are also down 90%.
- Under The Waves: 90% off, $29.99 to $2.99 - Lysfanga: The Time Shift Warrior: 90% off, $19.99 to $1.99 - Dustborn: 90% off, $29.99 to $2.99
There is useful variety inside that group. Under The Waves is a slow underwater narrative adventure, Lysfanga builds combat around fighting alongside previous versions of yourself, and Dustborn mixes a character-driven road trip with dialogue and action. This is not simply a publisher unloading six variations of the same game.
Remnant II is $9.99
The other obvious headline deal is Remnant II. Its standard edition is 80% off, falling from $49.99 to $9.99. The Deluxe and Ultimate editions carry the same discount and are listed at $11.99 and $13.99 respectively.
Remnant: From the Ashes goes even further at 85% off. The original game's $39.99 price drops to $5.99, making it possible to pick up both main entries for considerably less than the usual price of either one.
Hand of Fate 2 is back at $5.99
Hand of Fate 2 is another useful wishlist check. The unusual mix of deckbuilding, tabletop-style events and real-time combat is 80% off, taking the price from $29.99 to $5.99. The first Hand of Fate is also 80% off at $3.99.
Years of deckbuilders have not really produced another game with exactly the same structure, which makes the discount more interesting than simply buying an older version of something that now has fifty successors.
Tavern Master finishes the list at $2.99
Tavern Master offers the calmer option. The medieval management game is down 80%, from $14.99 to $2.99, while its Pirates Retreat expansion is separately discounted by 50%.
Steam currently lists September 28 as the end date for these promotions. Regional prices differ, and individual deals can change independently, so the store page remains the final check before buying.
